The Residence, immersed in the Southern Agricultural Park of Milan, was designed and created from an ancient Lombard farmhouse that was completely renovated.
It offers you a singular accommodation opportunity outside the classic hotel hospitality schemes, favoring the independence of access and the atmosphere of the past, without forgetting the comforts necessary for a good stay, all while remaining on the outskirts of Milan, but outside from chaos.
The building is located in a rural and silent context, the external and internal renovation was carried out in full respect of Lombard architectural traditions.
Together with the fine finishes such as terracotta floors and ceilings with exposed beams, the apartments are distributed on a classic railed balcony that frames the typical L-shaped country farmhouse.
The large courtyard is paved with old recovered gneiss and river stones placed as a frame.
The Residence offers its guests a combination of elegant rural atmosphere combined with the most modern comforts to allow them to spend a pleasant and relaxing stay.
The structure is made up of several mini-apartments which vary in size and furnishings, accommodating from one to four people each.
