Terms and conditions
• The accommodation service is accessed by registering a valid identity document for each guest.
• Payment is in advance, upon delivery of the keys, for the entire period of stay.
• Failure to comply with the REGULATION by guests cancels and suspends the provision of the service.
• Early departures and late arrivals cause considerable inconvenience to the organization and damage to the Administration. In the aforementioned cases, the Management is forced to charge the entire booked period even if not used.
• If you renounce a reservation, it will be accepted exclusively through written communication. The sum paid as a confirmation deposit will be refunded in the amount of:
- 100% within 30 (thirty) days from the expected arrival date;
- 50% within 15 (fifteen) days from the expected arrival date;
- held entirely for less than 15 (fifteen) days from the scheduled arrival date.
• CANCELLATIONS without payment of a deposit:
The standard terms provide for the possibility of canceling the reservation 48 hours in advance of the scheduled arrival. If the cancellation occurs within these terms, our Residence normally does not charge any penalty. For cancellations after the indicated deadline, a cancellation fee will be charged, in which case you will be charged the amount of one night, including costs relating to tax recovery and service fees.
• The Management reserves the right to check the validity of the credit card before arrival (requesting authorization from the circuit to which it belongs).
• Breakfast is not included in the rate, if requested a self-service breakfast kit will be provided at the price of EUR 5.00 per person per day.
